Account Manager

About the role

Accurate Management (AMC) is hiring an Account Manager to join our team in Cairo. You will own the relationship with your clients and make sure every contract is delivered as agreed.

Accurate Management Consultancy (AMC) is based in Giza, Egypt, and delivers recruitment and outsourced operations for client companies around the world.

What you will do

• Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of client accounts.
• Follow up the delivery of each contract against its scope, KPIs and SLAs.
• Hold regular service reviews with clients and share performance reports.
• Handle client requests and escalations, coordinating with Operations to resolve them.
• Spot opportunities to renew and grow each account.
• Keep account records, contracts and invoicing information up to date.

What we are looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
• 4+ years in account management or client services, ideally in outsourcing or services.
• Solid understanding of service contracts, KPIs and SLAs.
• Strong communication, follow-up and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of Excel and reporting.
• Excellent Arabic and very good English.
