Accurate Management (AMC) is hiring a Business Analyst to join our team in Cairo. You will turn customer needs into clear requirements our technical team can build.

Accurate Management Consultancy (AMC) is based in Giza, Egypt, and delivers recruitment and outsourced operations for client companies around the world.

What you will do

• Gather requirements from customers and internal teams.
• Document processes, requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Create process flows and wireframes to explain requirements.
• Answer the development team’s questions and clarify scope.
• Support QA with test scenarios and take part in user acceptance testing.
• Keep requirements and system documentation up to date.

What we are looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems or a related field.
• 2+ years as a business analyst on software projects.
• Experience writing user stories and process flows (e.g. BPMN, UML).
• Good understanding of databases and how web applications work.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Very good English.
