Business Development Manager

About the role

Accurate Management (AMC) is hiring a Business Development Manager to join our team in Cairo. You will win new clients for our outsourcing services and negotiate the contracts that bring them on board.

Accurate Management Consultancy (AMC) is based in Giza, Egypt, and delivers recruitment and outsourced operations for client companies around the world.

What you will do

• Identify and qualify new clients for outsourcing, staffing and recruitment services.
• Build and manage a healthy pipeline, from first contact to signed contract.
• Prepare proposals, pricing and presentations with Operations and Finance.
• Negotiate commercial terms and service-level agreements.
• Hand new accounts over smoothly to Account Management and Operations.
• Track market trends and competitors, and report pipeline and forecasts to management.

What we are looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field.
• 5+ years of B2B sales or business development, ideally in outsourcing, BPO or HR services.
• Track record of closing service contracts with medium and large companies.
• Strong negotiation, presentation and proposal-writing skills.
• An existing network among HR and operations decision makers is a plus.
• Excellent Arabic and very good English.
