Accurate Management (AMC) is hiring a Candidate Sourcing Specialist to join our team in Cairo. You will find candidates and bring them to register and apply on our portal.

Accurate Management Consultancy (AMC) is based in Giza, Egypt, and delivers recruitment and outsourced operations for client companies around the world.

What you will do

• Find candidates through LinkedIn, social media, universities and communities.
• Run campaigns to get candidates to register and apply.
• Build talent pools for frequently hired roles.
• Organise or attend job fairs and university events.
• Track sourcing channels and conversion to applications.
• Work with recruiters and the marketing team on sourcing plans.

What we are looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 1+ years in sourcing, recruitment or community management.
• Strong with LinkedIn and social media.
• Persuasive communicator and comfortable with targets.
• Organised and good with Excel.
• Excellent Arabic and good English.
