Accurate Management (AMC) is hiring a Compensation & Benefits Specialist to join our team in Cairo. You will manage our pay structures, incentives and benefits, including medical insurance.

Accurate Management Consultancy (AMC) is based in Giza, Egypt, and delivers recruitment and outsourced operations for client companies around the world.

What you will do

• Maintain salary structures and grades and keep them competitive.
• Design and run incentive and bonus schemes with Operations.
• Manage benefits, including medical insurance and its renewals.
• Run salary surveys and benchmarking.
• Support the annual increase and promotion cycle.
• Report compensation costs and analysis to HR management and Finance.

What we are looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce or a related field.
• 4+ years in compensation and benefits or HR analytics.
• Experience with salary structures, job grading and incentive schemes.
• Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills.
• Knowledge of Egyptian labour law and social insurance.
• Very good English.
