Compliance & Data Protection Specialist

Accurate Management (AMC) is hiring a Compliance & Data Protection Specialist to join our team in Cairo. You will make sure we meet our regulatory obligations and protect the data of our employees, candidates and clients.

Accurate Management Consultancy (AMC) is based in Giza, Egypt, and delivers recruitment and outsourced operations for client companies around the world.

What you will do

• Track the regulations that apply to the company and our services.
• Build and maintain data-protection policies, records and notices.
• Assess privacy risks in new projects and systems.
• Handle data-subject requests and data incidents.
• Answer clients’ compliance and data-protection requirements.
• Train staff on compliance and data protection.

What we are looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in law, information systems or a related field.
• 4+ years in compliance, data protection or risk.
• Good knowledge of the Egyptian Personal Data Protection Law (Law 151 of 2020); GDPR knowledge is a plus.
• Experience writing policies and running risk assessments.
• Certifications such as CIPP/E or CIPM are a plus.
• Very good English.
