CRM Specialist

Accurate Management (AMC) is hiring a CRM Specialist to join our team in Cairo. You will keep our client data organised and help the sales team follow every opportunity.

What you will do

• Administer the CRM: users, pipelines, fields and automation.
• Keep client and opportunity data clean and complete.
• Build sales reports and dashboards.
• Track opportunities and remind the team of follow-ups.
• Support email campaigns and client segmentation.
• Train the team on using the CRM.

What we are looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems or a related field.
• 1+ years administering a CRM (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho).
• Strong Excel and reporting skills.
• Organised, with attention to data quality.
• Understanding of sales processes.
• Good English.
