Customer Service Representative (CSR)

About the role

Accurate Management (AMC) is hiring a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team in Cairo. You will be the voice of our clients’ brands, answering customer calls and enquiries with care and accuracy.

Accurate Management Consultancy (AMC) is based in Giza, Egypt, and delivers recruitment and outsourced operations for client companies around the world.

What you will do

• Answer inbound calls and respond to customer enquiries, requests and complaints.
• Give accurate information about products and services and follow up until each case is resolved.
• Record every interaction accurately in the CRM system.
• Escalate complex cases to the team leader following procedures.
• Meet quality, handling-time and customer-satisfaction targets.
• Follow scripts, policies and data-protection rules at all times.

What we are looking for

• Bachelor’s degree or a student in the final years (fresh graduates welcome).
• Excellent Arabic communication skills and good English.
• Clear voice, patience and a customer-first attitude.
• Basic computer skills and typing.
• Able to work in shifts.
• Previous call-centre experience is a plus.
