Customer Success Specialist

About the role

Accurate Management (AMC) is hiring a Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Cairo. You will help the companies that use our software get the most out of it, and renew.

Accurate Management Consultancy (AMC) is based in Giza, Egypt, and delivers recruitment and outsourced operations for client companies around the world.

What you will do

• Onboard new customer companies and train their users.
• Track how customers use the software and step in when usage drops.
• Hold regular check-ins and business reviews with customers.
• Drive renewals and spot opportunities to expand.
• Bring customer feedback to the product team.
• Keep customer records and health scores up to date in the CRM.

What we are looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
• 2+ years in customer success, account management or SaaS onboarding.
• Strong presentation and training skills.
• Comfortable with software and data; CRM experience is a plus.
• Understanding of HR processes is a plus.
• Very good Arabic and English.
