Accurate Management (AMC) is hiring a Database Administrator (DBA) to join our team in Cairo. You will keep our databases fast, safe and backed up.

Accurate Management Consultancy (AMC) is based in Giza, Egypt, and delivers recruitment and outsourced operations for client companies around the world.

What you will do

• Manage our production databases and their configuration.
• Monitor and tune database performance, queries and indexes.
• Run backups and test restores regularly.
• Manage database security, users and access.
• Plan capacity and support migrations and upgrades.
• Work with developers on data models and query design.

What we are looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
• 4+ years as a database administrator.
• Strong experience with MongoDB; SQL databases (PostgreSQL or SQL Server) are a plus.
• Experience with backup, recovery, replication and performance tuning.
• Experience with cloud databases (e.g. MongoDB Atlas) is a plus.
• Good English.
