Accurate Management (AMC) is hiring an Employer Relations Specialist to join our team in Cairo. You will bring companies to our portal and help them post their jobs.

Accurate Management Consultancy (AMC) is based in Giza, Egypt, and delivers recruitment and outsourced operations for client companies around the world.

What you will do

• Reach out to companies and invite them to post jobs on the portal.
• Help employers create accounts and publish their jobs.
• Build long-term relationships with HR teams and hiring managers.
• Follow up employers’ results and help them get better applicants.
• Pass promising leads for paid packages to the sales team.
• Keep employer records up to date in the CRM.

What we are looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
• 1+ years in B2B relations, sales or recruitment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable with calls, meetings and follow-ups.
• CRM experience is a plus.
• Excellent Arabic and good English.
