Finance Manager

Accurate Management (AMC) is hiring a Finance Manager to join our team in Cairo. You will manage our budget, cash flow and financial reporting.

Accurate Management Consultancy (AMC) is based in Giza, Egypt, and delivers recruitment and outsourced operations for client companies around the world.

What you will do

• Prepare the annual budget and track performance against it.
• Manage cash flow, collections and payments.
• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Oversee accounting, payroll costs and client invoicing.
• Manage tax compliance and work with external auditors.
• Set and improve financial controls and policies.

What we are looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; CMA, CPA or ACCA is a plus.
• 10+ years in finance and accounting, including 4+ years in a management role.
• Strong knowledge of Egyptian Accounting Standards and Egyptian tax.
• Experience with ERP or accounting systems.
• Strong analytical and leadership skills.
• Very good English.
