HR Manager

About the role

Accurate Management (AMC) is hiring an HR Manager to join our team in Cairo. You will set our HR strategy and lead every HR function, from hiring to payroll to people development.

Accurate Management Consultancy (AMC) is based in Giza, Egypt, and delivers recruitment and outsourced operations for client companies around the world.

What you will do

• Set the HR strategy and policies in line with the company’s plans.
• Lead recruitment, personnel, payroll, compensation and benefits, training and performance management.
• Make sure HR practices comply with Egyptian labour law and social insurance.
• Plan headcount with Operations and manage the HR budget.
• Handle employee relations, investigations and disciplinary matters.
• Build and develop the HR team and report HR metrics to management.

What we are looking for

• Bachelor’s degree; a postgraduate HR qualification (e.g. CIPD, PHR) is a plus.
• 10+ years in HR, including 4+ years as HR manager, ideally in outsourcing or contact centres.
• Strong knowledge of Egyptian labour law and social insurance.
• Hands-on experience across all HR functions.
• Strong leadership, communication and decision-making skills.
• Excellent Arabic and very good English.
