HR Software Sales Executive

About the role

Accurate Management (AMC) is hiring an HR Software Sales Executive to join our team in Cairo. You will sell our HR software to companies, from first demo to signed subscription.

Accurate Management Consultancy (AMC) is based in Giza, Egypt, and delivers recruitment and outsourced operations for client companies around the world.

What you will do

• Find and qualify companies that need HR and recruitment software.
• Run product demos tailored to each company.
• Prepare proposals and subscription offers.
• Negotiate and close subscriptions.
• Hand new customers over to customer success.
• Meet sales targets and keep the CRM up to date.

What we are looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science or a related field.
• 2+ years in software or SaaS sales.
• Strong demo and presentation skills.
• Understanding of HR processes is a strong plus.
• Proven record of meeting targets.
• Excellent Arabic and very good English.
