HR Workforce Planning Specialist

Accurate Management (AMC) is hiring an HR Workforce Planning Specialist to join our team in Cairo. You will plan our headcount needs with Operations and turn them into hiring plans.

Accurate Management Consultancy (AMC) is based in Giza, Egypt, and delivers recruitment and outsourced operations for client companies around the world.

What you will do

• Work out headcount needs with Operations for current and new projects.
• Turn staffing plans into hiring plans with Talent Acquisition.
• Track headcount, attrition and vacancies against the plan.
• Model the effect of growth, attrition and shrinkage on hiring needs.
• Report workforce figures to HR and operations management.
• Work closely with the WFM team on contact-centre staffing.

What we are looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in business, statistics or a related field.
• 2+ years in workforce planning, HR analytics or WFM.
• Advanced Excel and good analytical skills.
• Understanding of attrition and headcount modelling.
• Good communication with Operations and HR.
• Good English.
