HRIS Specialist

About the role

Accurate Management (AMC) is hiring an HRIS Specialist to join our team in Cairo. You will run our HR systems, the employee data in them and the HR reports that come out of them.

Accurate Management Consultancy (AMC) is based in Giza, Egypt, and delivers recruitment and outsourced operations for client companies around the world.

What you will do

• Administer the HR system: employee data, structures and workflows.
• Manage user access and permissions.
• Keep employee data accurate, complete and secure.
• Build HR reports and dashboards (headcount, turnover, attendance and more).
• Support the HR team and employees in using the system.
• Work with IT and vendors on upgrades, integrations and fixes.

What we are looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, business or a related field.
• 2+ years administering an HR system.
• Strong Excel and reporting skills; SQL is a plus.
• Good understanding of HR processes.
• Careful with data quality and confidentiality.
• Very good English.
