Accurate Management (AMC) is hiring a Job Portal Manager to join our team in Cairo. You will run our job portal, grow its business model and its revenue.

Accurate Management Consultancy (AMC) is based in Giza, Egypt, and delivers recruitment and outsourced operations for client companies around the world.

What you will do

• Lead the job portal: content, candidates, employers and revenue.
• Set the business model, pricing and packages for employers.
• Set goals for traffic, registrations, applications and revenue, and deliver them.
• Work with product and technology on improvements to the platform.
• Lead the content, sourcing, employer-relations and sales teams.
• Report performance and plans to management.

What we are looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field.
• 5+ years in online platforms, e-commerce or recruitment, with 2+ years managing a team.
• Good understanding of online business models and digital marketing.
• Strong analytical and leadership skills.
• Experience with job portals or HR technology is a strong plus.
• Excellent Arabic and English.
