Kazakh Speaking Customer Service Team Leader

About the role

Accurate Management (AMC) is hiring a Kazakh Speaking Customer Service Team Leader to join our team in Cairo. You will lead a team of Kazakh-speaking customer-service representatives and coach them to meet the client’s targets every day.

Accurate Management Consultancy (AMC) is based in Giza, Egypt, and delivers recruitment and outsourced operations for client companies around the world.

What you will do

• Lead, coach and motivate a team of Kazakh-speaking representatives day to day.
• Monitor calls, emails and chats, and give each agent regular feedback.
• Track the team’s KPIs (quality, handling time, satisfaction, attendance) and act on gaps.
• Handle escalated customer cases and support agents on complex requests.
• Prepare daily and weekly team reports for the supervisor.
• Onboard new agents and identify their training needs with the training team.

What we are looking for

• Kazakh at C1 level or above, spoken and written (native speakers welcome).
• English at B2 level or above.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 2+ years of customer-service experience, including at least 6 months as a team leader, senior agent or coach.
• Good understanding of contact-centre KPIs.
• Strong coaching, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of Excel and reporting; able to work in shifts.
