Accurate Management (AMC) is hiring a Learning & Development Specialist to join our team in Cairo. You will plan training across the company and help our people build their skills and careers.

What you will do

• Identify training needs with managers across the company.
• Prepare the annual training plan and budget.
• Organise internal and external training and track attendance.
• Build competency frameworks and career paths.
• Measure training effectiveness and report results.
• Run onboarding and development programmes.

What we are looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 2+ years in learning and development.
• Experience with training needs analysis and training evaluation.
• Good presentation and organisation skills.
• Good command of Excel; LMS experience is a plus.
• Very good English.
