Legal Counsel

About the role

Accurate Management (AMC) is hiring a Legal Counsel to join our team in Cairo. You will review our contracts and keep the company within its legal obligations.

Accurate Management Consultancy (AMC) is based in Giza, Egypt, and delivers recruitment and outsourced operations for client companies around the world.

What you will do

• Draft and review client, supplier and employment contracts.
• Advise management on legal risks and obligations.
• Advise HR on labour-law matters and disputes.
• Follow up legal cases with external law firms.
• Keep company legal documents, licences and registrations up to date.
• Support compliance and data-protection work.

What we are looking for

• Bachelor of Laws (LLB); registered with the Egyptian Bar Association.
• 5+ years of legal experience, in-house or at a law firm.
• Strong knowledge of Egyptian commercial and labour law.
• Experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Knowledge of the Egyptian Personal Data Protection Law is a plus.
• Excellent Arabic and very good legal English.
