Operations Manager

About the role

Accurate Management (AMC) is hiring an Operations Manager to join our team in Cairo. You will run the delivery of our client projects end to end, keeping operations on target for performance, quality and cost.

Accurate Management Consultancy (AMC) is based in Giza, Egypt, and delivers recruitment and outsourced operations for client companies around the world.

What you will do

• Lead the day-to-day operations of all client projects and the teams that deliver them.
• Set, track and report operational KPIs and SLAs agreed with each client.
• Plan capacity, staffing and budgets with Workforce Management, HR and Finance.
• Run regular performance reviews with clients and drive corrective action plans.
• Standardise processes and procedures across projects and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage escalations and protect client satisfaction and contract profitability.
• Coach and develop the operations managers, team leaders and supervisors reporting to you.

What we are looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in operations, including 5+ years managing large teams in outsourcing, BPO or services.
• Proven record of meeting client KPIs and SLAs across several accounts.
• Strong command of operational reporting, budgeting and capacity planning.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Excellent Arabic and very good English, spoken and written.
