Operations Reporting / Performance Analyst

Accurate Management (AMC) is hiring an Operations Reporting / Performance Analyst to join our team in Cairo. You will turn operational data into clear performance reports and insights for management and clients.

Accurate Management Consultancy (AMC) is based in Giza, Egypt, and delivers recruitment and outsourced operations for client companies around the world.

What you will do

• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly performance reports for operations and clients.
• Analyse operational KPIs and explain trends, drivers and gaps.
• Build and maintain dashboards (Excel, Power BI or similar).
• Pull and clean data from telephony, CRM and WFM systems.
• Check data accuracy and keep report definitions consistent.
• Support management with ad-hoc analysis and recommendations.

What we are looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in business, statistics, computer science or a related field.
• 2+ years in reporting or data analysis, ideally in a contact centre or operations.
• Advanced Excel (pivot tables, lookups, formulas).
• Experience with Power BI, SQL or similar tools.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Good English.
