Payroll Specialist

Accurate Management (AMC) is hiring a Payroll Specialist to join our team in Cairo. You will prepare monthly payroll accurately and on time, with every deduction and settlement in order.

What you will do

• Prepare the monthly payroll for all employees.
• Calculate deductions, overtime, allowances and bonuses.
• Calculate income tax and social insurance contributions.
• Process final settlements and payroll adjustments.
• Reconcile payroll with Finance and prepare payroll reports.
• Answer employees’ payroll questions.

What we are looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in commerce, accounting or a related field.
• 2+ years in payroll.
• Strong knowledge of Egyptian income tax and social insurance rules.
• Advanced Excel; payroll system experience is a plus.
• Very accurate, with strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Good English.
