Performance Management Specialist

Accurate Management (AMC) is hiring a Performance Management Specialist to join our team in Cairo. You will run our performance appraisal cycle and the individual KPIs behind it.

Accurate Management Consultancy (AMC) is based in Giza, Egypt, and delivers recruitment and outsourced operations for client companies around the world.

What you will do

• Run the performance appraisal cycle across the company.
• Help managers set clear individual KPIs and objectives.
• Train managers on giving feedback and on the appraisal process.
• Analyse appraisal results and report them to management.
• Link performance results to increases, bonuses and development plans.
• Follow up performance improvement plans.

What we are looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
• 2+ years in performance management or HR.
• Good knowledge of KPI design and appraisal methods.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Good command of Excel.
• Very good English.
