Platform Support Specialist

Accurate Management (AMC) is hiring a Platform Support Specialist to join our team in Cairo. You will help candidates and employers with technical problems and questions on our portal.

Accurate Management Consultancy (AMC) is based in Giza, Egypt, and delivers recruitment and outsourced operations for client companies around the world.

What you will do

• Answer candidates’ and employers’ questions by email, chat and phone.
• Solve account, login, posting and application problems.
• Reproduce technical issues and escalate them clearly to the technical team.
• Track tickets until resolved.
• Keep help pages and FAQs up to date.
• Report recurring issues to the product team.

What we are looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; IT background preferred.
• 1+ years in customer or technical support.
• Good troubleshooting skills and comfortable with web applications.
• Experience with a ticketing system is a plus.
• Patient and clear in writing.
• Excellent Arabic and good English.
