Product Manager

About the role

Accurate Management (AMC) is hiring a Product Manager to join our team in Cairo. You will shape our HR and recruitment software: what it does, for whom, and in what order we build it.

Accurate Management Consultancy (AMC) is based in Giza, Egypt, and delivers recruitment and outsourced operations for client companies around the world.

What you will do

• Own the product vision and roadmap for our HR and recruitment software.
• Study customer and user needs through interviews, data and feedback.
• Define features as clear requirements and user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Prioritise the backlog with engineering, balancing value, effort and risk.
• Work with design, engineering and QA from idea to release.
• Measure adoption and impact, and plan improvements.

What we are looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business or a related field.
• 5+ years in product management, ideally for B2B or SaaS products.
• Experience with agile delivery (Scrum or Kanban) and tools such as Jira.
• Strong analytical, prioritisation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of HR or recruitment software is a strong plus.
• Excellent English.
