Project Manager

About the role

Accurate Management (AMC) is hiring a Project Manager to join our team in Cairo. You will plan and launch new client projects and keep each phase on time, on budget and on scope.

Accurate Management Consultancy (AMC) is based in Giza, Egypt, and delivers recruitment and outsourced operations for client companies around the world.

What you will do

• Plan new projects: scope, milestones, resources, risks and budget.
• Coordinate HR, Operations, IT and Finance through every phase of launch.
• Track progress against the plan and report status to management and clients.
• Manage risks, issues and change requests.
• Run project meetings and keep clear records of decisions and actions.
• Close projects with a hand-over to Operations and a lessons-learned review.

What we are looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience, ideally launching operations or service projects.
• PMP or a similar certification is a plus.
• Strong planning, coordination and stakeholder-management skills.
• Good command of project tools (MS Project, Jira, Asana or similar) and Excel.
• Excellent Arabic and very good English.
