Accurate Management (AMC) is hiring a Recruitment Advertising Sales Executive to join our team in Cairo. You will sell job-posting packages and recruitment advertising to companies.

Accurate Management Consultancy (AMC) is based in Giza, Egypt, and delivers recruitment and outsourced operations for client companies around the world.

What you will do

• Sell job-posting packages and advertising to companies.
• Build a pipeline of leads and follow them to closing.
• Present packages and prepare offers.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Renew and upsell existing employer accounts.
• Keep the CRM up to date and report sales results.

What we are looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
• 1+ years in B2B sales, ideally advertising or online services.
• Proven record of meeting sales targets.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• CRM experience is a plus.
• Excellent Arabic and good English.
