Accurate Management (AMC) is hiring a Recruitment Data Analyst to join our team in Cairo. You will analyse traffic, applications and conversion on our portal and turn them into decisions.

What you will do

• Analyse traffic, registrations, applications and conversion rates.
• Build dashboards for the portal and recruitment teams.
• Measure the results of campaigns and sourcing channels.
• Find patterns in candidate and employer behaviour.
• Answer ad-hoc questions from management with data.
• Keep data definitions and tracking accurate.

What we are looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in statistics, computer science, business or a related field.
• 2+ years in data analysis.
• Strong SQL and Excel; Power BI or a similar tool.
• Experience with web analytics (e.g. Google Analytics).
• Python is a plus.
• Good English.
