Accurate Management (AMC) is hiring a Recruitment Services Sales Executive to join our team in Cairo. You will sell our recruitment services and job-posting packages to companies.

Accurate Management Consultancy (AMC) is based in Giza, Egypt, and delivers recruitment and outsourced operations for client companies around the world.

What you will do

• Find companies that need recruitment services or job advertising.
• Present our recruitment and job-posting offers.
• Prepare offers, follow up and close deals.
• Coordinate with recruiters on clients’ hiring needs.
• Meet sales targets and grow repeat business.
• Keep the CRM up to date.

What we are looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
• 1+ years in B2B sales, ideally recruitment or HR services.
• Good understanding of the recruitment market.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable with targets.
• Excellent Arabic and good English.
