Accurate Management (AMC) is hiring a Sales Manager to join our team in Cairo. You will set our sales plan and lead the team that delivers our revenue targets.

Accurate Management Consultancy (AMC) is based in Giza, Egypt, and delivers recruitment and outsourced operations for client companies around the world.

What you will do

• Set the annual sales plan, targets and budget.
• Lead and coach the sales and business development team.
• Build the pipeline across services: outsourcing, recruitment and software.
• Take part in key negotiations and close strategic deals.
• Track performance and forecast revenue accurately.
• Work with marketing on campaigns and lead generation.

What we are looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field.
• 10+ years in B2B sales, including 4+ years leading a sales team.
• Proven record of meeting revenue targets.
• Experience selling services or software to companies.
• Strong leadership, negotiation and forecasting skills.
• Excellent Arabic and English.
