SLA Analyst

About the role

Accurate Management (AMC) is hiring an SLA Analyst to join our team in Cairo. You will monitor our compliance with the service levels agreed with each client and flag risks early.

Accurate Management Consultancy (AMC) is based in Giza, Egypt, and delivers recruitment and outsourced operations for client companies around the world.

What you will do

• Track performance against the SLAs in each client contract.
• Alert Operations early when an SLA is at risk and follow up on recovery actions.
• Prepare SLA compliance reports for management and clients.
• Analyse the reasons behind SLA breaches and recommend fixes.
• Keep a clear register of each client’s SLA definitions, targets and penalties.
• Support service reviews with accurate figures.

What we are looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in business, statistics or a related field.
• 2+ years in reporting, quality or SLA management.
• Strong understanding of service levels and contract KPIs.
• Advanced Excel; Power BI is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Good English.
