Accurate Management (AMC) is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter to join our team in Cairo. You will find, attract and interview candidates, and work with hiring managers to fill our roles.

Accurate Management Consultancy (AMC) is based in Giza, Egypt, and delivers recruitment and outsourced operations for client companies around the world.

What you will do

• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals and our CV bank.
• Screen CVs and run phone and face-to-face interviews.
• Coordinate interviews and feedback with hiring managers.
• Manage candidates through the hiring pipeline in our recruitment system.
• Prepare offers and support onboarding of new hires.
• Report hiring status, time-to-hire and source effectiveness.

What we are looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 2+ years in recruitment, ideally high-volume or contact-centre hiring.
• Strong interviewing and assessment skills.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards (e.g. Wuzzuf, Forasna).
• Organised, fast and comfortable with targets.
• Excellent Arabic and very good English.
