Training & Development Specialist

About the role

Accurate Management (AMC) is hiring a Training & Development Specialist to join our team in Cairo. You will train new hires and keep developing the skills of our customer service teams.

What you will do

• Deliver new-hire training on products, systems, processes and soft skills.
• Run refresher and up-skilling sessions based on quality and performance gaps.
• Prepare and update training materials, assessments and knowledge bases.
• Support new hires during nesting until they reach performance targets.
• Measure training effectiveness and report results.
• Work with Quality and Operations to identify training needs.

What we are looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 2+ years in contact-centre training, or as a senior agent or team leader with training duties.
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
• Able to turn processes into clear training content.
• Train-the-Trainer certification is a plus.
• Excellent Arabic and very good English.
