Turkish Speaking Customer Service Representative

Accurate Management (AMC) is hiring a Turkish Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team in Cairo. You will support our clients’ customers in Turkish by phone, email and chat, solving their requests on the first contact wherever possible.

What you will do

• Answer customers’ calls, emails and chats in Turkish, professionally and within the agreed service levels.
• Understand each request, find the answer in the client’s systems and knowledge base, and resolve it.
• Log every interaction accurately in the CRM or ticketing system.
• Escalate complex cases to the right team and follow them up until they are closed.
• Meet your quality, handling-time and customer-satisfaction targets.
• Keep up to date with the client’s products, policies and procedures through training.

What we are looking for

• Turkish at C1 level or above, spoken and written (native speakers welcome).
• English at B2 level or above.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Previous customer-service or call-centre experience is a plus.
• Clear communication, patience and a customer-first attitude.
• Comfortable with computers and typing while speaking.
• Able to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays where the project requires it.
