User Experience Specialist

Accurate Management (AMC) is hiring a User Experience Specialist to join our team in Cairo. You will improve the journey of candidates and employers on our portal.

Accurate Management Consultancy (AMC) is based in Giza, Egypt, and delivers recruitment and outsourced operations for client companies around the world.

What you will do

• Map the candidate and employer journeys on the portal.
• Find friction through analytics, user testing and feedback.
• Propose and test improvements to pages, forms and flows.
• Run A/B tests with product and engineering.
• Track conversion: registration, application and job posting.
• Share user insights with the product team.

What we are looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in design, marketing, computer science or a related field.
• 2+ years in UX, conversion optimisation or product analytics.
• Experience with web analytics (e.g. Google Analytics) and user testing.
• Wireframing skills (e.g. Figma).
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Good English.
